- and you agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
If you use the Services on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICES
Norris Answers provides AI-powered voice communication and receptionist services designed for service businesses and related industries.
Features may include:
- AI call answering
- conversational voice interactions
- call routing
- appointment scheduling
- lead capture
- spam filtering
- notifications
- transcripts
- summaries
- analytics
- integrations
- and related functionality
We may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue portions of the Services at any time.
3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITIES
You are responsible for:
- providing accurate account information;
- maintaining account security;
- ensuring your use complies with applicable laws;
- reviewing AI-generated outputs for accuracy;
- and properly configuring your call flows, routing, schedules, and notifications.
You acknowledge that AI-generated responses, transcripts, summaries, and scheduling outputs may contain inaccuracies or errors.
4. CALL RECORDING AND COMMUNICATION CONSENT
You are solely responsible for complying with all applicable laws regarding:
- call recording;
- monitoring;
- disclosures;
- consent requirements;
- SMS communications;
- and telecommunications regulations.
You agree to provide all legally required notices and obtain all legally required consents from callers and end users.
Norris Answers is not responsible for your compliance with federal, state, local, or international communication laws.
5. ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE DISCLAIMERS
The Services utilize artificial intelligence, machine learning models, speech recognition systems, and automated technologies.
You understand and agree that:
- AI-generated outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, delayed, misleading, or inappropriate;
- the Services may misunderstand callers or generate incorrect information;
- and AI outputs should not be relied upon without appropriate human review.
We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of AI-generated outputs.
6. EMERGENCY SERVICES DISCLAIMER
THE SERVICES ARE NOT A SUBSTITUTE FOR EMERGENCY SERVICES OR EMERGENCY DISPATCH.
You acknowledge and agree that:
- Norris Answers does not provide 911 services;
- the Services may fail, experience outages, delays, or inaccuracies;
- and the Services must not be relied upon for emergency communications or life-critical situations.
You are responsible for maintaining alternative emergency communication methods.
7. SUBSCRIPTIONS, BILLING, AND PAYMENTS
Certain Services require payment of subscription fees.
By purchasing a subscription, you agree:
- to provide accurate billing information;
- to authorize recurring charges;
- and to pay all applicable fees and taxes.
Subscription fees are billed in advance and are generally non-refundable unless required by law.
We may change pricing at any time with reasonable notice.
Payments are processed through third-party payment providers such as Stripe.
8. CANCELLATIONS AND TERMINATION
You may cancel your subscription at any time.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services for:
- violations of these Terms;

- nonpayment;

Upon termination:

The Services may integrate with third-party providers, including cloud providers, telecommunications providers, CRM systems, payment processors, and AI providers.

11. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
The Services, including software, branding, interfaces, designs, text, graphics, audio, and related materials, are owned by Norris Answers or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Services in accordance with these Terms.
You may not:
- copy,
- reverse engineer,
- distribute,
- modify,
- or exploit the Services except as expressly permitted.
12. CUSTOMER DATA
You retain ownership of your business data and customer information submitted through the Services.
You grant Norris Answers a limited right to process, host, transmit, and analyze data as necessary to provide and improve the Services.
You represent that you have all rights necessary to provide such data.
13. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Services.
The Services may experience:
- outages,
- delays,
- maintenance,
- interruptions,
- AI failures,
- telecommunications failures,
- or third-party dependency failures.
We may perform maintenance or updates without prior notice.
14. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORRIS ANSWERS DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING:
- MERCHANTABILITY,
- FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
- NON-INFRINGEMENT,
- ACCURACY,
- RELIABILITY,
- AND AVAILABILITY.
WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICES WILL:
- BE ERROR-FREE,
- PREVENT MISSED CALLS,
- GENERATE ACCURATE OUTPUTS,
- OR INCREASE BUSINESS REVENUE.
15. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NORRIS ANSWERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:
- INDIRECT DAMAGES;
- LOST PROFITS;
- LOST REVENUE;
- LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES;
- LOST DATA;
- SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS;
- OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNTS PAID BY YOU TO NORRIS ANSWERS DURING THE THREE (3) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
16. INDEMNIFICATION
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Norris Answers and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses arising from:
- your use of the Services;
- your violation of these Terms;
- your communications practices;
- your customer interactions;
- or your violation of applicable laws.
17. GOVERNING LAW
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
18. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Terms from time to time.
Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
